A Special Note To All Parents
I want to thank you for taking an active role in your son or daughters interest in our event. As a parent of three children ages 12, 18, and 20 I understand your safety concerns. All of my children have attended our Night-craze events. My oldest is the creator of Night-craze along with two of his friends from High School.
We use the services of US Security and Associates to cover all of our safety needs from the moment your child enters the venue until he or she is picked up at the conclusion of the Dance. Upon entry every student is checked for any contraband i.e. any liquid or beverage, drugs or sharp objects. Students are also required to check their coats at the door.
We post security at every restroom, exits, on stage platforms along the perimeter of the dance area and near all production equipment.
Due to the success of our Night Craze events we are making the following improvements.
When you come to pick up your son or daughter at the conclusion of the dance we will be making the followingimprovements;
We will have staff direct traffic in front of the Dome in a manner where everyone faces the same direction for a smoother traffic flow.
Additional Lighting will be in place in the parking Lot.
Additional security in the parking lot.
Parents will have the option of entering the facility for pick up starting at 10:30.
Night Craze is a safe and controlled environment for your son/daughter and we want it to be a comfortable and hassle free for parents as well.
Our sound and lighting equipment is all state-of-the-art and our laser technicians are licensed by the State of New York and the light projected is at least nine feet off the ground and safe to the eye.
We have on standby Emergency Medical Technicians as a precaution in the event their services are required.
I have over thirty years of experience in the entertainment field and I have managed the entertainment for thousands of events ranging from the small office party to large scale concerts.
We had a Night-craze dance on September 16th and I was impressed with the behavior of the students that attended! We had a minor incident in the parking lot caused by several people that did not attend our dance. I can assure you that in the future our improvements in the parking lot will prevent this from ever happening again. I am working with local law enforcement to make picking up your children will be smooth, safe, and without interruption.
